Rosie Hyman

Rosie"We had a Rhodesian from a litter at 7 weeks for 10 years. She passed away after surviving a spleen removal at the U of P Veterinary Hospital.  After Cindy passed away.  The house was Silent. No sounds of Cindy's nails on the Hardwood floors. We were not ready to get another dog immediately after Cindy passed. That being said we realized shortly afterwards we missed that familiar noise. We got a Red Alert on a Rhodesian Boxer mix from a Rescue where the 2nd owner; had passed away from Cancer"...MORE>> 


Mr. Wiggles Aldrich

Mr. Wiggles"Mr. Wiggles is an 8 year old Chihuahua who was given to my parents as a Christmas gift. He had been abused by his previous owner and was made to live outside. When my Dad was diagnosed with cancer, Mr. Wiggles never left his side. Whenever Dad was hospitalized, Mr. Wiggles became very depressed. Mr. Wiggles loves everyone, including children. Mr. Wiggles got very sick in August and was diagnosed with Diabetes and Cushing's Disease"...MORE>>

Tanner Smith

Tanner"When we met Tanner we were instantly a family. He jumped up on my lap like he was a wee little pup who only weighed 40 lbs more than me! We later found out that the family we "adopted" him from, I say rescue, was in the process of building a much nicer very expensive home and her husband didn't wanted a big old dog like Tanner to scratch up his precious wood floors. We also found out the this woman gave Tannie away six times and he was returned. WE feel we were LUCKY NUMBER SEVEN"...MORE>


Butch perkins

Butch"Butch has been a part of my life since I was only 7 years old. The two of us grew up together! Now, he's 15 and I'm 22. Only last year, my handsome man was diagnosed with diabetes. I thought it was a death sentence... but the doctors assured me this would be manageable and Butch could still live for years to come... provided I get him the medical attention he needed.  It's been very rough for me getting everything Butch has needed since he was diagnosed with diabetes. Zoom Manly

"Zoom Manly is my baby. For a small poodle, she is not an old dog, 6.5 years, and until this recent development, with diabetes has been a healthy and happy dog.  Let's just say the name Zoom has been a perfect fit! She's always been active, at times hyperacitve, and up for an adventure. She accompanies me just about anywhere when I go and particularly enjoys socializing with fellow seniors"..MORE>
