Tribute

Dear Magic,

The work I do at IMOM to help animals is in tribute to you. This will be your legacy. You will not be forgotten.

Promise

I will work as hard as I have to in making IMOM a success. This is for you and all your friends who are there at Rainbow Bridge with you.

I will do everything humanly possible to help as many pets as I can. Others who understand the bond between people and pets will join in and a lot of pets will benefit.

No pet should ever have to die because their person didn't have the funds necessary to get proper medical treatment, or medicine and supplies. No pet should get improper care because their person didn't know where to go for education and necessary emotional support while caring for a pet with special needs. No pet should ever have to suffer abuse. And no person should ever feel so helpless and alone as I did after you were gone.

Now you go lie in the sun over Rainbow Bridge and take a nice nap. I will get busy and make something happen. That's a promise!

Because you no longer sleep on my pillow at night does not mean my devotion to you has ended. Quite the contrary.

I'll see you at The Bridge, Magic, when my work here is done. We'll nap together in the sunshine.
