Where's the application?

It is only natural when trying to find financial aid that one would automatically begin looking for an application. Especially if your pet is in crisis.

However as a registered charity IMOM is responsible for maintaining proper files. For that reason we need more from applicants than just an email or application.

Simply stated, if you are looking for a shortcut you won't find one. Your only option to be considered for financial aid is to follow the instructions as we have them presented, step-by-step.

The menu on the left side of this page will take you through each step. On the right side of this page you will see all of the steps outlined to give yet another idea of what you're going to need to do.

Take a deep breath and spend a few minutes going over the procedure. Everything can be accomplished in a relatively short amount of time.

Your pet expects you to take care of them and IMOM is here to help you do that.

Outline of steps to financial aid

Before you begin, read the introduction page.
Step 1 - Join our community.
Step 2 - Apply for Care Credit.
Step 3 - Determine whether or not you qualify for financial aid from IMOM.
Step 4 - Documents you need to give to your veterinarian.
Step 5 - Documents IMOM needs from both you and your veterinarian.
Step 6 - Read our policies.
Step 7 - Ask for confirmation that IMOM has received your documents and request an application.
Step 8 - IMOM will confirm receipt of the required documents. If everything is acceptable you will be sent a link to our application to complete online.
