Bob is a kitty in Florida who came to IMOM on a recent Saturday morning, with urinary blockage.
We had to work very fast because the vet was going to close at noon eastern time, so we had to make arrangements for Bob to have surgery right away.
The estimate was $818.58 for surgery to relieve the blockage, and our only choice was an immediate pledge.
A volunteer called the vet, and when our request for an additional discount was not successful, IMOM pledged $818.58. The pet owner was advised to take Bob to the hospital right away.
