GOOD MORNING...We are going to have a good day today...
Is Sasha at the vet??
I am sending you good thoughts this morning...
I am sure the funds are in...IMOM hasn't made it official yet, but call your vet and tell them that the money is in...and find out what time Sasha can have her surgery...
Hugs to you and Sasha...Judy

As some funds are not reflected by the widget we have to count them all manually, but we've told Roena to take Sasha in. I'm sure we're over but need to do a final count, and we don't want Sasha to wait for that.
Someone send coffee to wake up the bananas please.
Back in a bit,

TO THE ENTIRE IMOM COMMUNITY
THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HELP AND YOUR CARING ABOUT SASHA'S WELFARE.
SASHA HAD HER SURGERY THIS MORNING.
The vet called us at 2:30pm to say that her surgery went smoothly. His exact words were, that it was "Text Book". It would have never happened without all of you chipping in. We thank all those who: donated, gave advice, wished Sasha well, prompted others to donate and those who encouraged us to hang on. We will never forget your contributions, they have made a positive and lasting change in our live. We called the vets' office around 5:30pm to check on her; they said that she was awake, and a little groggy, with her tail waging.
They were about to escort her outside to use the bathroom and said they will try feeding her. We will call once more to check on her, before they close at 7:30pm. They also stated that if all goes well, Sasha can return home tomorrow.Yaaaay !!!!
Please know that we are forever in your debt, you've all helped saved our girls' life. We will continue on as IMOM supporters, donating whenever we are able, to others in need.
THANKS AGAIN EVERYBODY, WE ARE TRULY GRATEFUL
ROENA, SELINA & OUR BABY SASHA

Kim;
I've been telling everyone: family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, everyone I talk to. I've been describing her condition, saying it was our fault for not spaying her, ever since we found out she had Pyometra. I will continue to inform anyone that will listen, about the medical danger to pets that are not spayed or neutered.
Read my post about Sasha surgery, I just posted it. Sorry I took so long to respond to your post, I've been out most of the day.

Hi IMOM family and friends;
I am so excited and relieved, Sasha should be home soon and we are so thankful for all your prayers and good thoughts. I'm still a little under the weather, so back to bed for me. But Sasha's doing great and I will let you guys know how everything is with her tomorrow.
We Thank You All Again

Hi Everyone;
Sasha's home and we're so happy that everything turned out so well. The vet did a fantastic job and she'll see him in 2 weeks, to remove the stitches. She's on pain medication, antibiotics, and she's wearing a plastic Elizabethan collar to protect her stitches. Though Sasha is mostly bed ridden, she's shown signs of being herself again. It will take a little time for her to get use to the collar, but her overall movement seems good. Another positive is that she's eating and drinking, with very little interference from the collar. I can't thank you all enough for everything. Sasha means so much to us and i don't want to imagine what could have happened if it wasn't for the angels of IMOM. Our family is forever in your debt.
