Tasted tested and approved by:

1 pound ground turkey
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 egg beaten
1/4 c fresh chopped parsley
4 teaspoons wheat germ
1/2 c diced fresh carrots ( in a pinch you can use unsalted canned veggies)
1/2 cut diced fresh green beans
2 teaspoons minced garlic
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well, lightly spray a loaf pan with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
I take several big tablespoons of it and mix it into their dry food. It can also be served alone as a treat.
