We have a situation here in Arizona ( either Phoenix or Tucson, not sure which) where an unscrupulus breeder has abandoned 3 FeLV positive kittens at a veterinary hospital. So far, none of us here in the Rex-Q community are in a position to take these kittens in because of the fact that the are FeLV+. We are looking to see if anyone is able to foster or adopt.
If you have always been interested in C-Rex this is a wonderful opportunity to get kittens. They are an unusual & fun breed to live with for someone able to handle their extreme activity levels & provide plenty of warm snuggle spaces. these 3 should grow up to become the best of friends. These kittens are not well at this time & have eye problems so they may end up being partially or fully blind.
The person who is dealing with this situation does general rescue & is willing to take these guys in if she can clear her quarentine space of healthy cats so another way to help is if someone in Arizona is willing to take in some regular kitties as fosters ( or even adopt them).
I am not the contact person but if anyone out there is interested in helping out I will connect you.
Thanks,
Frizz
