IMOM will be implementing a new policy requiring all cases to respond to IMOM emails within 48 hours. It is unfortunate that we have to take this step as it should be common courtesy. But when we have applicants who completely ignore our emails even when we include "please acknowledge this email by sending an email response", we have no choice but to make it a rule. IMOM volunteers manage to check mail every day to make sure our PIN's have everything they need, regardless of our own family circumstances, illnesses or personal situations. It's not acceptable for the owners accepting our help to do any less.
Sponsored cases will be receiving an email about the new policy within the week.

Thank you for letting us know Cindy. I hope no emails to me have ever gone unresponded. I check email daily and respond immediately when I see it is IMOM. :D

How do I get sponsored for my cat Zorro if his urinary cystitis flares up again

Zorro has had multiple cystitis incidents since June of this year how do I get sponsored for him if it recurs and if he needs urethra surgery

You need to go to the financial aid section and look at the requirements to quailfy for help. Does he need surgery soon?
