Hercules Wagner - Pittie with intestinal blockage

17 posts in this topic

Hercules Wagner is a 6 year old Pittie who had an intestinal blockage and needed surgery. His mom borrowed funds and paid for his surgery and tests, but Hercules needed an additional day of hospitalization. Thanks to the generosity of our donors who make contributions to our general fund, IMOM was able to pledge $100 so Hercules could remain hospitalized. We hope to hear that he is feeling better soon.

Our pledge for Hercules was only possible because of donors like you. Donating to our General Fund is what enables us to help save lives.

Here’s what Hercules' mom has to say about him - "Hercules became very ill an week ago with extreme vomiting and dehydration as days past i knew it wasn't just a tummy ache so i took him to vet, vet did exam and tests x-rays and found that there was object in his intestines and that he would need surgery or die, i then paid for that days services of tests x-ray and iv fluids he is still in need of iv therapy and meds and is currently at hospital with his cares on hold until i find away to pay to continue his care. Hercules is a well behaved dog!"

Angels, thank you for making it possible to help another Pet in Need.

Hercules is improving daily, I had to be tricky with his meds as he didnt want to take them so i have to hide them in his food--works like a charm for us!!!

Aww, glad to hear Hercules is still doing well. I had one dog that ate pills like they were candy (or dog treats!) and I have one that will only be fooled once-liverwurst, cream cheese, deli chicken, peanut butter-took his pills once and only once, in each food.

Hercules is a handsome guy, and I am glad he is going to be with you for a long time to come. :)
