  1. Snuggles' tumor that was removed was not cancerous!!

  2. The moment that I heard that my dog Snuggles needed to have close to an eight hundred dollar surgery to remove a potentially cancerous tumor, I was devastated and worried about how I was going to pay for it. My family and I love Snuggles so much and we wanted to help pay for the surgery but an amount that High placed a huge burden on us. I knew that I had to take charge but honestly I did not think that I was going to be able to raise the money needed as fast as I was able to. Words cannot express my gratitude towards IMOM. This foundation is truly amazing. They responded to my request promptly and worked with me on how much money my family and I were able to contribute. This experience has opened my eyes and I am now more aware of saving whatever money that I can in order to have back up for emergencies. I have great news at the end of this journey. Snuggles’ tumor is not cancerous! However, the doctor said that the type of tumor that she had is aggressive and a similar one can reoccur. My family and I will keep an eye out for this potential reoccurrence. I am so relieved and thankful because of IMOM. I will pay this forward every day in some way and I strive to be able to donate to be able to help someone else out like I was. Once again I thank you so much and God bless.
  3. Snuggles is doing great. I am still waiting for the results of the biopsy.

  4. I finally saw Snuggles and she looked so good! She was so happy and is healing very nicely.

  5. Snuggles continues to heal and get better. I am driving home tomorrow to CT to see her!!

  6. My mom told me that Snuggles is doing fine still and she is still healing. The stitches are going to dissolve which is a good thing.

  7. Snuggles started to bleed a little bit early this morning according to my mom. The doctor suspects that she probably scratched her face and tore some of the stitches but all is well. However, if it happens again she will have to be taken to the emergency.

  8. Snuggles remains in good condition. I am still waiting to get the results of her biopsy.

  9. Snuggles status remains the same and she is still healing.

  10. Snuggles is feeling great the day after her surgery ! All we have to wait for now is for her to heal completely. I am also still waiting on the biopsy results.

  11. The surgery was a success!! She was picked up at about 5pm. Snuggles was very excited to see my family again. She has stitches that will disolve. We are now waiting for the biopsy to come back to find out if the tumor was cancerous. I should hear back from them in five days. Once again thank you so much!

  12. The appointment is confirmed and Snuggles is going to the vet tomorrow morning. I will let you know how it goes tomorrow after the surgery is done!

  13. So I am happy to tell everyone that Snuggles will have the surgery on Friday, August 29, 2014. She is being brought there by my aunt, sister, and mom. I cannot go with them because I live in Rhode Island and I work but I am planning on going to visit next week. She has to be there by 8:15am and she should be home the same day at about 4:30pm.

  14. Thank you to whoever was responsible for donating the money. Words cannot truly express the level of gratitude that I have for you. I know tht I said this but I will help others out like you have helped me. I pan to call the vet early tomorrow morning to set up the appointment so Snuggles can have her needed surgery.
