Hi everyone my dog Chucky a pitbull who's only 4 months need a surgery that costs 1500 to 2000, when we first got him 2 months ago his rectum came out and he needed a rectal prolapse surgery, which he got at the Banfield hospital in Petsmart. I had to purchase their wellness plan which I pay monthly so the costs would be cheaper, 2 weeks after that he had a check up appt and his Vet wasn't there, the Dr that saw him that day took his stitches out not knowing he had to wait 6 weeks, well the next day his rectum was out again :-( I was furious for the lack of Communication the Drs and staff have had regarding my dog. I spoke to the vet and their manager and they decided to do the surgery at no cost since it was their fault, yesterday he had another check up appt and we woke up only to see that his rectum was out again!!! :( I took him to the vet only to have the Vet tell me that there was nothing that they could do for my dog!!! He referred me to a tissue specialist, which I called only to find out that a problem like Chuckys it would need a surgery going from the 1500 to 2000 dollars, which I don't have. I'm a single mom of 2, just had a baby 3 weeks ago so I'm currently not working. If I can't help him I'm gonna have to put him to sleep which it will be my last option if I can't do nothing for him, I just don't wanna see him suffer...
